Specifically, we are looking for aTS/SCI cleared Technical Trainer - Senior to support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, Noth Carolina.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Trainer - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:

    Leads advanced C2ISR technical training on hardware and software system upgrades and installations across mission-critical operational environments.
  • Delivers complex classroom, virtual, and hands-on lab events for operators and maintainers, using mission-realistic scenarios to exercise operational management, network configuration, equipment maintenance, and support reporting procedures.
  • Designs and refines performance-based assessments and proficiency evaluations, ensuring they accurately measure required tasks and mission outcomes.
  • Mentors Journeyman and Junior trainers, providing coaching on delivery techniques, lab execution, and use of standard training products (lesson plans, iTMs, job aids, lab guides).
  • Uses the Government-furnished LCMS/LMS to configure courses, manage gradebooks and proficiency results, and review training data to identify trends, gaps, and remediation needs.
  • TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.


Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with a BS/BA degree or 3 years' experience with a MS/MA or 1 year experience with a Ph.D. OR 9 years without a degree OR 7 years with AS/AA
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship is required

Desired Qualifications:

  • DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
  • DOD 8140 Compliance based on functional role for WRC: 411 Technical Support Specialist, Intermediate Level / ability to obtain

Work Environment:

  • Location: Pope Army Air Field, NC
  • On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
  • Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
