Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals.

This position is remote but prefer candidates be local to Columbus, OH.

This individual will Support user adoption and operational readiness for Enterprise Financial Management System enhancements. Focuses on communication, training, and change coordination.

Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities:

    Develop role-based training and job aids
  • Coordinate change communications
  • Support phased releases and adoption tracking
  • Capture and address user feedback


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or an Associates degree and 7 years of experience or a High School diploma and 9 years of experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
  • 5+ years of organizational change management experience
  • Experience supporting change management initiatives and delivering user training.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to support and coordinate enterprise system rollouts.

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
