Solutions Architect

Peraton is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals.

This position is remote but prefer candidates be local to Columbus, OH.

This individual will defines and govern the technical architecture for Enterprise Financial Management System modernization. Ensures consistency, scalability, and alignment with the existing platform and operational model.

Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities:

Define and maintain Enterprise Financial Management System target architecture
• Review and approve technical designs and implementation patterns
• Guide developers and integration engineers on architecture standards
• Assess technical risk and system constraints
• Support release readiness and technical governance

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience or a Associates degree and 10 years of experience or a High School diploma and 12 years of experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• 8+ years experience of solution architecture experience
• Experience modernizing legacy enterprise systems
• Strong background in application and platform architecture.
• Proficiency with modern web technologies and service-based design principles.
• Experience implementing workflow engines and rules-based routing.
• Ability to design and integrate SQL-based data models.
• Knowledge of security and access control considerations across enterprise systems.
