Overview

The Copilot Pages and Notebooks team is seeking to hire a Principal Engineer to lead performance initiatives and define the architecture for our web applications. As a PrincipalSoftware Engineer in the Copilot Pages and Notebooks team you will be responsible for making changes to ensure we have scalable, reliable, low latency experiences for our customers. This engineer will be expected to be the performance expert on the broader team. Responsibilities include reviewing the design of new features for performance as well as proactively identifying and addressing key performance bottlenecks within the product. Software Engineering IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
