We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Sr. Analyst specializing in Process Improvement to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze existing supply chain operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

This position is remote and requires occasional travel to the VT/NH/ME area for onsite responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement using data-driven methods.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Travel of up to 10-20% could be required to implement initiatives across various sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, logistics, and IT to streamline operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track the impact of process improvements.
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
  • Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and develop corrective action plans.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Assist in training and change management related to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile processes, Lean Six Sigma, 5S or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) is a plus.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $85,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary
