Motion/Visual Designer

We are looking for a

Motion/Visual Designer with experience delivering, high quality design assets/artifacts in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role will produce various design assets for our division focused on B2B products, including creating motion design and webpages.

1. Motion Designer who has extensive experience creating videos, gifs, and other motion assets from medium to complex interactions.
2. You have a systems and scale mindset. You will assist to create guidelines, standards, and reusable motion templates and define guidelines for motion use and turn motion files into reusable templates that can be used by others.
3. Expert knowledge of Figma

Additional Requirements:

Mastery of essential graphic design and UX principles, understanding of how to achieve compositional balance, visual flow, and establish visual and content hierarchy while minimizing visual density and clutter, and achieving a clear result.

Proven ability to design digital materials, and other assets in line with published brand/marketing guidance, established principles, and overall best practices.

Excellent designer's eye, tasteful, clean and modern aesthetic; able to master and extend existing style guides and visual systems as needed.

Create design assets that meet accessibility standards for contrast, font size, exhibit design decision-making with an inclusive mindset.

Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a shared editing context, and orchestrating input and reviews to achieve an aligned, clear result that is easily understood and fits into the overall narrative.

Comfortable working directly with executives to build out custom graphics that clearly capture key concepts visually.

Able to work with Figma, Adobe, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
