Job Description Summary:

  • Oversee and manage a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center, including selecting and implementing security systems, monitoring alarms, tracking vehicles, and assessing business traveler security.
  • Oversees and monitors the revenue growth of all applicable product lines between the assigned countries in the geographic responsibilities.

Essential Functions:

  • Plans, staffs, organizes, directs, and controls a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center.
  • Selects, implements, and maintains procedures, programs, and electronic/computer security systems on a nationwide level.
  • Manages enterprise wide security monitoring and alarm systems to include alarm response processes.
  • Social media monitoring for threats to enterprise employees and assets and initiate response as deemed necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Work/Domicile Location:

  • This position will be in Memphis, Tennessee.

Relocation:

  • Relocation assistance may be available based upon business need.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

  • Five (5) years' experience in a control center/command and control environment which includes two (2) years' experience with electronic and computer systems/networks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be able to receive a Government Security Clearance.
  • Knowledge of CCTV, controlled access, recording radio systems, and security hardware devices.
  • Knowledge of global security risks and threats.
  • Ability to successfully complete required training programs.
  • Strong basic management, Human Relations, and communication skills.

Job Conditions:

  • Must be able to work multiple shifts and be on call 24/7 in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Non-covered safety sensitive position.
