You'll provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that thrives on teamwork and compassion. What You'll Do Deliver safe, high-quality care to patients of all ages in the Emergency Department using the full nursing process. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients and families. Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare partners to coordinate care. Provide patient and family education during moments that matter most. Supervise and delegate responsibilities to support staff while mentoring colleagues. Stay current with continuing education and emergency care competencies. Participate in department and hospital initiatives aimed at advancing patient care. Uphold patient rights to privacy, respect, and dignity in every interaction. What You Bring Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Massachusetts RN license. BLS certification required. ACLS within 6 months of hire. PALS or ENPC within 6 months of hire. CEN strongly encouraged. Previous ED experience preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills. Comfort with computers and commitment to confidentiality. A collaborative spirit and excellent customer service skills.
