Our client is a prominent player in the energy sector, dedicated to advancing innovative solutions for energy management and efficiency. This role is crucial in expanding their reach and impact by directly connecting with the community.

As a key member of a small, agile field team, you will be on the front lines, engaging directly with customers and partners to champion vital energy management programs. You will be responsible for generating consistent face-to-face conversations in various settings, from customer premises to community events, enthusiastically conveying program benefits and motivating enrollment. This role offers the unique opportunity to directly influence positive energy choices, build strong community relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of essential initiatives. You'll also collaborate closely with other team members, learning best practices and supporting broader sales and marketing efforts to maximize customer satisfaction and understand market trends.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct direct outreach and engage proactively with prospective customers to promote and secure enrollment in innovative energy management programs.

* Collaborate with existing and potential partners to develop and implement growth strategies that enhance program participation.

* Partner with the internal marketing team to execute compelling outreach campaigns.

* Generate and contribute creative ideas to continuously expand program enrollments and reach.

* Consistently meet and exceed program enrollment targets and performance metrics.

* Master program details and utilize effective collateral to clearly articulate benefits and enrollment processes to diverse audiences.

* Provide insightful verbal and written feedback on customer engagement, market trends, and the effectiveness of marketing materials.

* Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners, ensuring a positive and compliant experience.

* Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 1-3 years of sales or prior customer-facing experience, or other applicable work experience.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

* Technologically adept, comfortable utilizing various tools and platforms.

* Availability to work all days of the week, including potential off-hours for events or client meetings (within a 40-hour work week).

* Valid Driver's License (vehicle not required, as a company vehicle will not be provided).

* High School Diploma.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Access to a dedicated vehicle for transportation to local events.

* Experience in phone sales.
