The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic Document Cloud Customer Success Manager to join our Digital Media team. In this role, you'll partner directly with customers to accelerate adoption and help them realize the full value of Adobe's Document Cloud solutions. You'll build positive relationships with key customers, champion standard processes, and deliver presentations and insights that inspire confidence among users and executives.

This role blends high-touch engagement with scalable digital programs to drive adoption and retention. You'll balance personalized guidance for strategic accounts with programmatic approaches that deliver broad, efficient impact.

What You'll Do
  • Build strong customer partnerships by understanding their goals and ensuring meaningful value from Adobe solutions
  • Lead successful adoption of Document Cloud products, helping customers achieve their key outcomes
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to uncover growth opportunities, mitigate risk, and drive account health
  • Develop deep expertise across the Document Cloud suite and serve as a trusted product advisor
  • Deliver compelling, executive-ready presentations and narratives that resonate with customers
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, Support, and others to ensure smooth launches and strong adoption
  • Own the customer journey across adoption, expansion, and retention
  • Gather insights, identify trends, and share recommendations with product teams to drive innovation
  • Manage low-touch accounts through scalable programs and digital engagement motions
What You Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or customer success, ideally in technology and with Document Cloud products
  • Strong track record of resolving complex customer challenges and getting results
  • Demonstrated success meeting sales or success targets
  • Trusted advisor attitude with experience identifying business value and expansion opportunities
  • Self-starter with a collaborative, proactive approach
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $100,200 -- $183,975 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In New York, the pay range for this position is $127,100 - $183,975

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
