Job Description: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS As a Corporate Practice Intern, you'll be embedded with the deal team and work along side our corporate and M&A attorneys to keep transactions moving, build pitch materials, automate workflows, and translate data into insights. It's a hands-on role where you'll learn how corporate transaction matters are run, contribute directly to client deliverables, and develop skills that translate across legal, operations, and business development.
