What you will do You will lead the Quality function at our San Antonio manufacturing site, owning the Quality Management System (QMS) and day-to-day product quality performance. This is a fast-paced operation where the leader thrives in a dynamic, high-mix manufacturing environment with tight customer schedules and concurrent NPI/ECN (New Product Introduction/Engineering Change Notice) activity. You will ensure compliance to ISO 9001 and internal standards, drive problem solving and continuous improvement, champion Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new and changed products, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements, reduce warranty risk, and improve First Pass Yield (FPY), Customer Escapes, scrap, and Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ). Key Interfaces Plant Manager, Production/Operations, Materials, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS. Supplier Development & Performance (SD&P), Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Procurement. Finance/Service (warranty), Program Management/NPI, Global Quality. Work Environment & Travel Onsite at the San Antonio plant in a fastpaced environment with daily shopfloor engagement; periodic travel to feeder plants, suppliers, and customer sites as needed (approx. 5-10%).
