Salary: $31-36 Hourly up to $36/hr
This role is an exciting opportunity to directly influence the daily operations and overall success of a leading global technology organization. As a vital contributor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the return-to-office experience for hundreds of team members within a dynamic AI-focused group, ensuring a seamless transition and a productive work environment. Your efforts will directly impact team morale, operational efficiency, and the successful re-establishment of on-site collaboration. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and execute return-to-office (RTO) activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for teams.
* Manage and coordinate on-site space and desk setup for multiple large teams.
* Oversee comprehensive equipment management, including deployment, tracking, and maintenance.
* Provide essential morale and event support, fostering a positive and engaging team environment.
* Serve as a primary support contact for two large teams, collectively comprising 700 members, particularly during a significant building relocation.
* Initiate, submit, and meticulously track facility and equipment requests.
* Ensure the physical readiness of the building for return-to-office, involving hands-on work such as moving equipment and other physical tasks.
* Collaborate with the administrative team on various projects, including occasional event coordination. **Qualifications:** **Must-Have Skills & Experience:** * 1-3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven project management capabilities.
* A proactive and helpful attitude, with a strong willingness to assist team members.
* Ability to build rapport and relate well with diverse individuals.
* Exceptional customer service orientation.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in common office productivity suites, including email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to perform physical in-person work, including moving equipment (may require the ability to lift up to 20 lbs). **Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:** * Prior experience within large technology organizations, including familiarity with corporate culture and internal tools, enabling a faster ramp-up and greater autonomy.
