As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Patrol in Woodland Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic tech and media environment. By conducting routine patrols and maintaining high visibility, you help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your presence and professionalism contribute to a secure environment where people and assets are protected, all while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols inside the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report irregularities.
• Monitor the premises for suspicious activity and report any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, staff, and/or contractors by providing information and guidance related to site policies and procedures.
• Document and communicate incidents, observations, and/or concerns to Allied Universal management and site leadership as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
