The Impact You Will Have Blue Cross and Blue Shield of MN is hiring a Business Analyst on our Behavioral Health (BH) team in Eagan, MN. In this role, you will partner with leadership and product teams to ensure alignment and promote cohesive efforts. You will gather, document, and analyze business requirements for BH initiatives, develop business cases, and present recommendations to stakeholders. The position involves collaborating on vendor-related projects to integrate BH processes, supporting process improvements and training for the BH UM team, and working independently and cross-functionally to deliver solutions in an agile environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with a strong understanding of business operations and claims processes, with proven experience in gathering and analyzing requirements. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Experience in Behavioral Health and Utilization Management is preferred, and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus. Your Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $67,200.00 - $89,100.00 - $111,000.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
