Department Summary

As a Marketing Intern on our Personalized Healthcare Solutions Business Team, you'll dive into a whirlwind of exciting projects that shape our strategic initiatives, you will be engaging with global leaders and experts in the companion diagnostics field. This internship position is located in Tucson, on-site.

The Opportunity

  • Shape the dominant position of Roche Diagnostics' Precision Medicine Offerings.

  • Draft and produce compelling content (e.g., presentations, talking points, digital assets) to effectively communicate the value of our personalized healthcare solutions.

  • Analyze the communication and branding strategies of key competitors in the companion diagnostics field to guide our strategic market positioning and messaging differentiation.

  • Conducting research on competitors, industry trends, and target audiences to support strategic planning.

  • Collaborate with the International Business Team to create a toolkit of marketing materials that can be easily customized and deployed by local country affiliates.

  • Supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, conference and events).

Program Highlights

  • Intensive 12-weeks, full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship.

  • Program start date is between May/June 2026.

  • A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.

Who You Are

Required Education. You meet one of the following criteria:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

  • Must have attained a Bachelor's degree (recent graduates not currently enrolled in a grad program).

  • Must be pursuing a Master's degree (enrolled student).

  • Must have attained a Master's degree.

Required majors: Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Computer Science or a related field.

Required skills:

  • Analytical process with strong research capabilities.

  • Able to quickly produce clearly written, well-organized documentation.

  • Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills.

  • The ideal candidate will be a curious self-starter that is entirely capable of generating results within ambiguous environments.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Complements our culture and the standards that guide our daily behavior & decisions: Integrity, Courage, and Passion.

  • Preferred familiarity with Google Suite (gCal, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc).

  • Programming skill is a plus.

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Arizona is $21.00 - $35.00 hour.Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
