Overview We are seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager - Buildings, with at least 10+ years of experience for our Buildings Division in our Austin, TX or Tampa, FL office. The BD+M Manager - Buildings plays a critical role in driving business development, client engagement, and operational excellence for the Buildings Division. This position will be responsible for developing new client relationships, fostering strong existing client relationships, leading the team that is responsible for seamless proposal execution, support strategic planning, and executing the BD+M business plan tactics to achieve annual business goals.This role collaborates with prospective clients/partners, existing clients, construction partners, firm leadership, technical teams, and business development professionals to implement strategic pursuit, interview, and presentation efforts. Leverage data analytics and CRM insights (AEC360) to inform growth strategies and target high-potential projects.
