Summary of Job Duties:The Quality Control - Offensive Support Assistant will help the offensive coaching staff prepare for practices and games by managing administrative tasks, organizing materials, and supporting video and data-processing efforts. This role is designed as an entry-level position to help newer staff members grow into more advanced quality-control responsibilities as they gain experience.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others. Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong interest in football; willingness to learn about offensive schemes, play terminology, and basic football analytics

  • Basic computer proficiency: comfortable using spreadsheets, presentation software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint), and general office applications

  • Willingness to learn video review/editing software (or ability to assist with basic video organization tasks) - prior experience a plus but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning

  • Some familiarity with football (high school playing or watching, youth coaching, or general football knowledge)

  • Interest or experience in video editing or video-analysis software (e.g., basic comfort with video tools, even if not specialized)

  • Basic knowledge of football terminology, formations, or game flow (gained via watching games, playing, or studying)

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow direction

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of NCAA recruiting rules, timelines, and compliance expectations

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with coaches, graduate assistants, and video staff in a supportive role

  • Ability to work some nights/weekends, as needed for practice, games, and video-review sessions

Additional Information:

This position is renewable annually based on continued need for the position, availability of funding, and satisfactory job performance.
