Summary of Job Duties:The Senior Program Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of CAIDA at the University of
Arkansas at Pine Bluff. This individual will oversee program implementation, manage budgets,
coordinate partnerships and ensure alignment with Title III FUTURE Act goals. The Senior
Program Manager will play a pivotal role in scaling academic programs, strengthening
workforce readiness initiatives and building institutional capacity in AI and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic planning and execution of CAIDA initiatives, ensuring milestones are met
* Manage a multi-year program budget and oversee procurement of AI/ML computing equipment, cloud
services, and other resources
* Supervise undergraduate research assistants and provide mentorship to support their growth in
AI and data analytics
* Coordinate workshops, hackathons, and applied project showcases with industry and community
partners
* Build and sustain partnerships with corporations (e.g., Walmart, Tyson, Simmons Bank),
government agencies, and K-12 institutions
* Develop metrics and reporting systems for Title III compliance and continuous program
improvement
* Collaborate with faculty to embed AI/data literacy into curricula and professional development
* Represent CAIDA at conferences, industry events, and outreach activities. Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree w/ 5 years of work experience or Master's degree w/ 2 years of work

experience in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, STEM Education, or related field; Ph.D.'s

considered and preferred.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, higher education, or workforce

development.

* Strong leadership and project management skills with experience managing budgets and

personnel.

* Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics concepts; hands-on technical

expertise preferred.

* Excellent communication, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement skills.
