The NAF Channel Marketing team is charged with determining where to play, what to sell, and how to win in selling channels and has ownership of the holistic go-to-market strategy.We use our deep Operator knowledge to develop strategies, plans and create demand driving solutions to grow our business and help our customers thrive, now and in the future. The Non-Commercial (NC) channel is critical to delivering the mission and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead in this space.Our NC work has an impact on travelers, patients, college students, and senior living residents across the country, and this team is on a mission to ensure they get the good stuff that we produce. The role provides opportunities to define and shape growth strategies for a dynamic channel with a diverse and fun set of customers that provide significant growth potential for our General Mills products and brands.You will lead and collaborate heavily with cross functional teams to ensure that the strategy and plans are beating expectations for the segment. You will have accountability for marketing leadership of the $300MM+ Net Sales Non-Commercial Channel, of Non-Commercial for General Mills marketing for both internal and external partners. You will be an integral part of a tight-knit team who always have each other's back and have a ton of fun together! Salary Range The salary range for this position is $108900.00 - $181700.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
