What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Director of Rehab Services develops and supervises the therapeutic activity program with the goal of meeting the individualized recovery needs of members served. Responsible for supervising the Rehabilitation team and participates as a member of clinical management team. Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; shifts vary as needed | Days: Monday - Friday; shifts vary as needed

Expected starting wage range is $76,640.99 - $108,432Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• B.S./B.A. degree in Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy, Drama Therapy, Music Therapy, Dance Therapy, Art Therapy, or Vocational Counseling or related field
• Registered or eligible for registration as a Music Therapist, Art Therapist, Dance Therapist or Rec Therapist in California.
• Two (2) years of experience working in the rehabilitation field within behavioral health and be a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS)
• One (1) year of supervisory experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.

• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.

• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
