Main Client POC for the Startup and Commissioning Process and HTI liaison to Commissioning Agent and client's site construction management team

• Manage and schedule the commissioning technician resources needed based on the commissioning process
• Likely a team of 15 technicians TOTAL from mechanical, electrical, Trane BAS techs, Trane Centrifugal Techs, and PLC programmers

• Execute the punch list of items the commissioning agent will create pertaining to our scope

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' construction experience, with at least 2 years as a Site Startup & Commissioning working with Industrial facilities and clients
• Must be willing to travel wherever the project requires and upon hire, this position will mobilize to site soon thereafter and remain there until the project is completed
• Experience on data center construction sites is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction methods and safety regulations
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable
• Ability to communicate in a timely manner
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to:

o DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller

infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 5 years
