Overview
Talent Management Program Manager Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid) or Remote within the U.S. Department: Talent Management Reports to: Director, Talent Management Role Summary The Talent Management Program Manager owns the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Shermco's employee programs for example our NETA program while championing employee experience across the lifecycle. This role drives thought leadership to refine programs at scale, maps and measures key moments that matter, leads crossfunctional projects, and coordinates highimpact Talent Management events that grow capability and strengthen engagement.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Own & Evolve Employee Programs (NETA and More)
Serve as program owner for Shermco's NETA Level Up & Referral Program, ensuring policy, process, communications, reporting, and change implementation stay current and effective.
- Manage and triage the central NETA shared inbox as the intake channel for questions, scheduling, roster updates, and CTD inquiries; uphold SLAs and a consistent support model.
- Partner with HR Operations and Payroll to execute approved changes (e.g., rate adjustments) in Dayforce, with auditable workflows and controls.
Employee Experience & Journey Mapping
- Build endtoend journey maps (candidate new hire early tenure growth) and define "moments that matter," success metrics, and feedback loops.
- Integrate core learning touchpoints (onboarding, goalsetting, feedback practices, manager enablement) into the experience roadmap.
Thought Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Lead program reviews that translate data into decisions; publish quarterly program scorecards, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Benchmark and refine talent programs (NETA, campus/early career, mentorship, certification pathways) to increase consistency and throughput.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Run crossfunctional projects from scoping through launch: timelines, budgets, RACI, risks, change plans, and postlaunch retros.
- Engage HRBPs, Branch leaders, and functional partners to align goals and sustain momentum on talent priorities.
Coordinate & Execute Talent Management Events
- Plan and deliver highimpact TM events (manager workshops, learning series, campus engagements, NETA study support), including content, logistics, and measurement.
- Build repeatable playbooks and toolkits for inperson and virtual events, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
Sample KPIs
- Program performance: NETA program throughput, inbox SLA adherence, cycle time from request to resolution.
- Experience outcomes: Onboarding and early-tenure survey scores, manager enablement participation rates, event satisfaction/NPS.
- Consistency & scalability: Branchlevel adoption of standards, variance reduction across sites, audit health of Dayforce changes.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in HR/Talent programs, PMO, or L&D with proven ownership of enterprise programs.
- Experience mapping employee journeys and operationalizing feedback loops.
- Strong project management skills and comfort leading crossfunctional work.
- Familiarity with NETA certification pathways or technical workforce programs.
- Tools: Dayforce (or similar HRIS), SharePoint/Teams, Excel/Power BI; event coordination platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and datainformed decision making.

Pay Range
USD $110,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
