This role is responsible for helping the UCF community-students, faculty, and staff-get the most out of the university's technology resources. The position provides hands-on support, consultation, and training for a wide range of enterprise systems and software. The goal is to empower users with practical knowledge and skills to use these tools effectively, including emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), to enhance teaching, research, and administrative work. This role focuses on building digital fluency, creating engaging learning experiences, and driving adoption of enterprise technologies to improve processes across campus. Special Instructions to the Applicants: Position requires a valid Class E driver's license. The position may involve driving to various locations on and off campus to conduct University business. The anticipated salary range for this position is $56,030 to $81,243. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
