We are seeking a Microsoft Power Pages Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of portal solutions for an enterprise financial system. This role will focus heavily on Power Pages and Dataverse while also supporting adjacent Power Platform components such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft AI services. You will collaborate closely with solution architects, technical leads, and financial system stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions.

Employment Details

This position offers flexible engagement options and may be structured as a full-time, part-time, contract, or 1099 role depending on candidate availability and project needs. The role is fully remote and carries no supervisory responsibilities. The position reports directly to the Director of Technology.
Compensation will be determined based on experience, employment status, and market analysis.

• Design, configure, and build Power Pages websites, including forms, lists, web templates, and custom site components.
• Implement site security models using web roles, table permissions, authentication providers, and conditional access.
• Develop custom features using Liquid templates, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Power Pages Web API.
• Integrate Power Pages with Dataverse, Microsoft Azure services, and external APIs.
• Support implementation of Power Pages ALM, including solution packaging and multi-environment deployments.

• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to support financial, operational, or reporting processes.
• Use Microsoft AI (AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Cognitive Services) to automate tasks or enable natural language processing features.
• Collaborate with finance functional leads to translate requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and environment configuration records.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and iterative improvement following Agile delivery practices.
• Provide periodic support for Power BI dashboards, datasets, or report integration where necessary.
• Manage timelines and deliver high-quality work within defined project schedules.

• 5+ years overall experience as a Microsoft Power Platform developer.
• 2+ years hands-on Power Pages development, including site configuration, security, and custom front-end components.
• Proficiency with Dataverse, table design, relationships, and portal-based data operations.
• Experience building solutions using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML/CSS**, and API integrations.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft AI technologies (AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Cognitive Services).
• Experience supporting financial reporting, project management, or operational data workflows using Power Platform tools.
• Ability to work in team-based environments collaborating with architects, functional leads, and business stakeholders.

• Experience developing solutions for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Azure resources, and identity management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform integrations (nice to have).
• Experience with NLP or AI-driven automation beyond AI Builder.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-200, PL-600).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
