Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end clerical and administrative support to the Exhibitor Success team, including order processing and documentation management.
- Respond to and resolve inquiries from internal stakeholders and exhibitor clients with professionalism and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels, maintaining a high standard of responsiveness and accuracy.
- Handle and input sensitive customer data, including payment information, with absolute confidentiality and compliance with data security standards.
- Organize, maintain, and archive digital files and records in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Ensure timely and thorough follow-up on all customer inquiries to support service continuity and client satisfaction.
- Assist with auditing processes, data verification, and participate in special projects or initiatives as assigned by management.
- Willingly perform additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by management to support the objectives of the position.

Experience and Required Traits:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Positive and professional at all times - This standard applies to appearance, attitude, and communication with subordinates, peers, and management.
- Proficiency in daily Computer usage, Microsoft Office, and navigating the internet
- Customer Service Experience - 2+ years in an administrative role where you have learned to proactively address the concerns of both internal and external customers, answering questions and assisting them with their needs. Always looking for ways to elevate the customer's experience.
- Expertise - Practical, in-depth understanding of GES products, services and systems. Be capable of applying and educating others on that knowledge effectively.
- Data Entry - Experience with data entry that requires meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of quality and precision.
- Long periods of sitting - Required to be at computer to do work. Frequent use of repetitive motions such as keying, typing, and handling documents.
