Position: Engineering Manager SGS & Co and SGK have consistently delivered print, fabrication, and merchandising needs of hundreds of clients-and now, as Collide, we're combining our strengths to elevate what's possible. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team in Tigard, OR. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fabrication and production-focused environment-where engineering meets craftsmanship. You'll lead a talented team responsible for bringing creative retail concepts to life through expert project planning, shop floor collaboration, and precision execution. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $85,000 USD - $95,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors. Education

Bachelors (required) Experience
* Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
