POSITION SUMMARY

Collide seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Print Department in East Butler, PA. This onsite role leads a talented production team responsible for delivering high-quality work across activities such as color and retouching, assembly, production art, and quality control. The Production Supervisor partners closely with the Project Coordination team to keep projects on schedule and within budget while proactively managing workloads, resources, and deadlines. Leveraging deep technical expertise, this role resolves complex production challenges and drives innovative solutions to maintain exceptional quality standards and optimize team performance.



This role is onsite at East Butler, PA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Attends any pre-production meetings and/or interacts with customers directly as necessary.
* Ensures high quality standards in all production client deliverables.
* Works closely with project team, and client contacts as needed, to ensure production deliverables within specific area of expertise to follow project specifications and meet client needs.
* Maintains a good understanding of market and competitor trends for assigned clients and communicates details with project team.
* Develops knowledge base for client categories and keeps team up to speed on consumer insights, trends, etc. Leverage knowledge to strengthen client relationships.
* Develops sound and effective production solutions to issues that impact a department or client.
* Creates strong and effective internal partnerships to ensure client needs are met and projects stay within scope, budget, timeline, quality and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Proactively leads the development of improved production processes to better serve clients and achieve financial targets.
* Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
* Follows-up with direct reports to ensure jobs are on target for established hours and deadlines and adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished. Mentors, coaches, trains and develops team.
* Additional duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's Degree in Production or related field.
* 6+ years of previous managing production teams experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
* High/Basic degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
* Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
* Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
* Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
* Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
* Ability to work with and influence peers and management.

PHYSICAL ASPECTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

* Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear and see.
* Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
* Regularly/Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold & heat, risk of electrical shock, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
* The noise level in the work environment is usually low/moderate.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
