About the Role
We're looking for a strong team player to join our team as an Associate, Billing. In this role, you will perform billing functions that ensure accuracy of billing and processing. You will collaborate with team members and product owners to communicate and share knowledge of the billing systems. You will also research and resolve client and vendor billing inquiries and support billing operations.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for preparation, billing, and verification of product billing and vendor payment
  • Review and correct transactions to ensure accurate and complete client billing
  • Researching and responding to vendor open AR
  • Researching and responding to client billing queries and issues
  • Monitor and respond to requests entered into the product billing related mailbox from both internal and external sources
  • Research and respond to product related Service Cloud requests within OTCD dates
  • Aid in researching and reconciling monthly account activity with accounting to balance accounts and recognize revenue for products that are processed
  • Prepare and analyze billing and payment history reports as requested
  • Backing up team members and engaging in special projects

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in leasing industry, specifically in financial services, operations, or customer service
  • Experience with billing systems and functionality
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent understanding of financial products and their key characteristics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College/University degree
  • Strong organization skills (ability to prioritize and close, project management capabilities).
  • Identify and ask probing questions, gather data, identify options/solutions to a problem or issue.
  • Ability to implement and adapt to change effectively

Location: Owings Mills

The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 to $64,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
