We're actively seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst II to join our Technology Finance Team in Newport Beach, CA.

  • This role is on-site. You'll work at our state-of-the-art Newport Beach headquarters (4 days in person)

How you'll help us move forward:

Core Responsibilities:

Technology Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Develop and manage annual technology budgets and multi-year forecasts.

  • Track capital and operating expenses for platforms, applications, infrastructure and various initiatives.

Technology Business Management

  • Leverage our TBM capability to provide our Divisional Technology CIOs with insights on Total costs of ownerships, Tech debt risk / remediation, consumption and unit cost efficiencies

Investment Analysis

  • Evaluate ROI and business cases for technology projects.

  • Provide financial insights for vendor negotiations and contract renewals.

Performance Reporting

  • Deliver dashboards and executive reports on technology spend, variances, and KPIs.

  • Partner with IT leadership to monitor run vs. grow vs. transform spend. This includes fixed vs. variable attributions

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and technology governance standards.

  • Support audits and compliance reviews for technology expenditures.

Data & Tools

  • Leverage EPM tools (Oracle, EPBCS), BI platforms (Power BI), and ITFM systems (Apptio or similar).

  • Drive automation and analytics for improved financial transparency.

The experience you bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Finance or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in FP&A with a focus on technology or IT financial management.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling

  • Familiarity with ITFM tools and cloud cost management

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and ability to influence technology stakeholders

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$121,770.00 - $148,830.00
