POSITION OVERVIEW: Ensures that the internal control structure is sufficient to prevent material errors. Leads and participates on project teams with the goal to improve overall procurement to pay processes, including support strategies focused on improving working capital position and enhancing liquidity and cash forecasting. Supports forensic controls and analysis, adheres to SEC reporting requirements, US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 (SOX) requirements. Develop and support professionals through personal skillset transformation while creating an effective organization achieving company goals. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Perform other duties as required.
