Job DescriptionVisa Consulting and Analytics is the externally facing strategy consulting group of Visa. We draw on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, and pragmatic industry experience to improve client performance. Our clients span financial institutions, merchants, fintechs, acquirers, processors, and cooperative enabler organizations. Visa Implementation Services delivers hands on execution of strategic roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives. The Director, VIS - Payments & Core Banking Conversions will lead strategic consulting engagements targeting financial institutions undergoing M&A activity or pursuing transformation agendas. This role focuses on business development and sales support, leveraging expertise in debit/credit/prepaid card processor conversions, Core Banking platform migrations, and Merchant Acquiring. The ideal candidate will combine industry experience with consulting expertise, excelling in client engagement, storytelling, and executive-level presentations. A strong background in formal RFI/RFP evaluations of card processors, with the ability to replicate content and structure, is highly preferred. Responsibilities:

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 151,600 to 232,900 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
