Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager IV. The Technical Project Manager IV leads large, complex projects from planning through delivery, ensuring results are achieved on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. This role manages risk, dependencies, and resources across multiple teams while driving backlog planning, estimation, and scheduling discipline. The TPM IV mentors junior project managers, strengthens delivery practices, and resolves escalated issues. Operating with executive and client-facing visibility, the TPM IV represents delivery in senior forums and technical discussions, credibly explaining system architectures, data dependencies, and product impacts to build confidence and ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.
Areas of Expertise & Special Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 8+ years of technical project or program management, including 4+ years leading client-facing software delivery. Core Skills and Competencies:

They deliver transparent visibility into delivery health, enabling informed decisions at the executive level. The TPM IV must balance technical, financial, and operational challenges while maintaining credibility with customers and leadership.
