Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst - Clearance Required

Job Description:

Cydecor is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to support Government and Cydecor Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with administration of the FMS program. Work includes development of work products related to initiation, investigation, management and closure of FMS cases under cognizance of NAVSEA PMS 408, Expeditionary Programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the FMS team with development of input to the Monthly Status Report
• Assist with development/production of administrative documents, power point presentations and spreadsheets required for the management of FMS initiatives
• Attend meetings in person and virtually. Take, edit and distribute meeting minutes
• Maintain electronic files IAW filing architecture
• Ensure effective quality control of all FMS team products
• Identify process improvements and make recommendations for improved efficiency
• Assist FMS team and other PMS 408 personnel with general administrative and programmatic matters as assigned

Here's what you need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Navy FMS programs, preferably supporting NAVSEA
• 10+ years of experience in administration or finance, preferably within the DON
• 10+ years of experience using MS Office applications

Desired:

• FMS experience within DON

Security Clearance:

• Active DOD Secret clearance required

Education:

• High School diploma, AA/BA is preferred

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
