Implementation Consultant - Automated Underwriting/Closing

Job Purpose

The Consultant for ICE Mortgage Technology's Data & Document Automation solution participates through the full project lifecycle by understanding client business and technical requirements, developing solutions, configuring, and testing. The Consultant is the day-to-day resource that works with customer resources to deliver and/or consult on the overall solution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, design, configure, document, test, and provide post-implementation support
• Provide knowledge around ICE product features and functions and make necessary best practice recommendations
• Interact with client and demonstrate understanding of their business and technical needs
• Lead client sessions, drive consensus, and manage projects to completion
• Conduct user testing and training
• Work closely with the client's project team, project team members, and internal resources such as product management, engineering, and technical support.

Knowledge and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in consulting
• Mortgage Industry operational and/or mortgage underwriting experience is a plus
• Knowledge of loan origination solutions
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Work in a cross-team collaboration model
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
