Location: Brooklyn, NY Office

SALARY:$75,000 -$80,000

What You Need to Know

Provide oversight to the Clinical Operations team by managing the day-to-day activities of the department to ensure clinical services are delivered in a timely manner (ie. assessments, re-assessments, sup visits, etc.) and nursing documentation is compliant and submitted within the required timelines.

Optimize staff workflow through data collection; participate in and monitor process improvement initiatives to gain efficiencies and improve the patient experience.

20 % of Time

  1. Work with Clinical Coordinators and Medical Order Coordinators to maintain compliance with nursing documentation and timely submission. Manage tracking tool and reporting for physician orders, and other clinical forms, as needed; ensure documentation is accurately completed and filed in the EMR system.

20 % of Time

  1. Responsible for achieving Client, Caregiver and Referral Source satisfaction and customer service goals. Conduct staff training, roll out corporate and contract initiatives, etc. Ensure departmental adherence to quality metrics and value-based criteria to improve and support patient outcomes.

20% of Time

  1. Manage patient and caregiver outreach; triage concerns to assess and prioritize care needs.

20 % of Time

  1. Partner with other departments to review complaints and incidents, and navigate successful issue resolution with clients, nurses, case managers, contracts, physicians, etc.

10 % of Time

  1. Responsible for selection, onboarding and training of departmental staff. Manage clinical capacity through full-time and per diem RN staffing. Ensure successful training on AccentCare policies and procedures; use of EMR systems; and regulatory compliance.

Why AccentCare?

  • Bilingual Spanish Speaking Required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of supervisor or administrative experience in the health care delivery field
  • Experience as an administrator/director in a healthcare environment preferred
