Here's what you'd do:

• Perform functional and radar performance analysis, requirements allocation, algorithm development, and interface definition to convert customer-defined radar requirements into detailed software specifications.
• Develop high-fidelity models and conduct simulations to evaluate the performance of radar systems.
• Provide individual contributor effort for system design, test the Rapid Combat Power System Command and Control Interface (RCP SCI), and support the agile systems engineering process, including scrum meetings and sprint planning.
• Execute system verification activities, integration and test, and provide support for certification and testing milestones.

• Pay rate: $23.00-$96.00/Hour.
• Hours: 4/10-1st Shift
• Length: Contract (12 Months)

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering or Computer Science or Engineering or Physics or Science or Technology or Mathematics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with systems engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software/system analysis
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in requirements development
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in verification & validation
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade studies
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in modeling & simulation
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration & test
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in C++ (or another object-oriented language)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MATLAB for analysis, modeling, and test automation
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with DOORS, git, and Confluence Tool Suite
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Radar systems development, including algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling and simulation

• Failure Analysis
• Design Skills
• scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for task automation and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; able to produce precise technical documentation and deliver concise briefings.
