Program Coordinator, Experienced

Your Role

The Behavioral Health Operations Oversight team maintains program integrity and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Program Coordinator, Experienced, will focus on Behavioral Health Mandates and Implementations and report to the Senior Manager, Program and Project Management of Behavioral Health Mandates and Implementation. In this role you will support Blue Shield of California's Behavioral Health program through mandate and implementation readiness efforts to meet federal and state requirements.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a college degree or equivalent experience
• Requires 3 years of prior relevant experience
• Managed care/behavioral health compliance operations experience is preferred
• Regulatory implementation, compliance oversight, and operational risk management are preferred
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
