PURPOSE:

Essential Team member of our inventory distribution center. Daily tasks will include computerized inventory check-ins, accurately processing orders through selecting, hanging, racking, packing, scanning, labeling, loading, value-added services (vas) and/or other functions as assigned to achieve projected volume and quality goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Utilize computerized Sample4U (S4U) system and Barcode 2D scanners to process all barcoded products.
  • Identify and communicate exceptions to the leadership team


  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Accurately record inbound seasonal inventory and outbound liquidation and donation inventory, via computerized TEAM's Logs and complete any necessary paperwork
  • Flexibility to cross-train and work in multiple areas
  • Work safely and maintain a clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned



ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:



  • Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
  • Regularly required to view, talk, hear; sit, stand and/or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push, pull, bend, and/or twist for up to eight (8) hours/day
  • Regularly required to climb, stoop, kneel and/or crouch


  • Regularly required to lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds
  • Work safely on elevated surfaces (Dock/Truck)
  • Able to reliably attend work/scheduled hours



REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



  • High school or GED level of education is required


  • Required to view, speak, read, write and comprehend the English language
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required



SHIFTS AVAILABLE:



  • Front Half Days, Mon-Fri 7am to 12pm (25+ hours/week)
  • Back Half Days, Mon-Fri 12pm to 5pm (25+ hours/week)
