Legal Receptionist

Staffmark is hiring a Legal Receptionist who excels at creating outstanding first impressions! This role is perfect for someone who's friendly, professional, and highly organized - a true people person who can confidently guide potential clients from initial inquiry to paid consultation.

Pay: $17-$19/hour

You'll be the voice and face of the firm, ensuring every client interaction reflects professionalism, compassion, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism, warmth, and empathy
• Conduct detailed client intakes to identify case type and client needs
• Explain the firm's consultation process, attorney expertise, and value proposition
• Convert inquiries into prepaid consultations using proven engagement techniques
• Manage the attorney's consultation calendar for seamless scheduling
• Collect payments and provide confirmations or receipts
• Maintain accurate records in the firm's CRM and case management system
• Greet walk-in clients courteously and professionally
• Assist with administrative duties such as mail handling, scanning, and documentation

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a law firm, call center, or sales-based reception role preferred
• Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills
• Empathetic, persuasive, and confident phone presence
• Comfortable discussing fees and processing payments
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience with legal practice management or CRM software is a plus
