Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

• Unlock and disarm the sales center and model home at the start of the day
• Turn on all lights and ensure the model home presents a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Stock the Sales Center refrigerator with beverages and maintain adequate supplies
• Check restrooms for cleanliness and replenish items as needed
• Greet all visitors, provide a brief community overview, and explain that you are filling in for the primary representative
• Maintain detailed notes on visitor traffic, questions, and how guests heard about the community
• Record visitor questions and ensure the primary representative receives them for follow-up
• Politely advise guests that tours of inventory homes or homes under construction require scheduled appointments
• Securely close the model home by turning off lights, locking all doors, setting the alarm, and verifying final security

Requirements & Qualifications

• Entry-level; must be personable, helpful, and customer-service focused
• Comfortable interacting with guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow opening and closing procedures precisely
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming demeanor
