Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Level: 1-2 years of related experience

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and fulfill international orders with accuracy
• Prepare export documentation with zero errors
• Ship international orders using couriers or freight forwarders
• Support picking, packing, and shipping of domestic orders as needed
• Coordinate with the production team when items require manufacturing to meet order needs
• Communicate proactively with the International Sales Team regarding order status, needs, and timelines
• Track international backorders and distribute backorder reports to Sales and Production leadership
• Conduct finished goods inventory and assist with additional inventory tasks
• Maintain organization, accuracy, and compliance across all shipping processes
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping or fulfillment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to complete written documentation accurately
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Understanding of courier and freight-forwarding shipping methods
• Previous international shipping experience preferred; export documentation experience is a plus
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well across diverse teams
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Self-motivated with strong decision-making skills and minimal supervision needed
