The Credit Concurrence Officer is primarily responsible for preliminary review of potential borrowers, approval of loan requests and the ongoing follow-up of existing loan relationships. This responsibility involves providing advice and counsel on proper loan structure and underwriting to bankers and their managers and regulatory compliance. Responsibility also includes partnering with Senior Credit Concurrence Officers, Special Assets Officers and the Chief Credit Officer in providing approvals, mentoring, support and direction of all credit risk management activities. The CCO is also a member of the various loan approval committees, Corporate Credit Policy Committee, and participant in the Executive Asset Quality Committee meetings. Team Culture

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting and 10+ years of commercial and/or private bank lending and underwriting, credit risk or special assets experience; 5+ years of loan approval experience in commercial and/or private banking; or 16+ years of equivalent work related experience.
