ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Develop new, and refine existing investment casting product to reduce scrap, rework, and manufacturing costs. * Support manufacturing in the producing of castings through all operations. * Assist engineering / manufacturing in the completion of assigned projects JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist engineering / manufacturing in the completion of assigned projects , Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * A minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalency is required. * Currently enrolled in the pursuit of a degree toward a BS in Engineering / Management with a college or university that participates in a cooperative program. * Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook. * Casting or metal fabrication experience preferred.
