Business Analyst (Product Support /Supply Chain)

We're thrilled to be partnering with Aquent to find a dedicated professional to join a dynamic product development team. In this pivotal role, you will directly influence the quality and accuracy of critical business processes, acting as a vital link between development and business stakeholders. Your contributions will be instrumental in bringing innovative solutions to fruition, impacting how we operate and serve our customers every day. You will play a crucial part in moving projects from conception through development and into successful deployment, ensuring clarity and precision at every step.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Act as a key liaison between development teams and business subject matter experts, facilitating clear communication and obtaining necessary clarifications for user stories.

* Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of business process documentation.

* Support the development of user stories and cases as part of a product development team.

* Collaborate with internal advisors and team leads to advance development tasks through testing to ultimate completion.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated project management skills, capable of independently driving directed work to completion.

* A solid understanding of Supply Chain principles, including material management, warehouse management, and/or procurement.

* High School Diploma or Equivalent.

This is a HYBRID opportunity in Pomona, CA. Only local candiates will be considered.
