As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the integrity of our marketing campaigns. Your keen eye for detail and analytical prowess will ensure that every campaign reaches its intended audience flawlessly, driving successful engagement and upholding our commitment to excellence. You will play a pivotal role in validating campaign lists and deployment processes, directly contributing to our operational efficiency and audience satisfaction.

**What you will do:**

* Ensure the quality and accuracy of marketing campaign list selection processes.

* Validate direct channel campaign deployment, ensuring flawless execution.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes within marketing operations.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of professional quality assurance experience, with a preference for experience in marketing campaign list selection processes and direct channel campaign deployment.

* Experience with email delivery platforms or other equivalent campaign management platforms.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective collaboration.

* Strong logical and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.

* Detail-oriented, self-motivating, and a collaborative team player.

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Base level of knowledge with multiple programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, or HTML.
