Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Program Coordinator in Woonsocket, RI!

This is a hybrid position. The expectations are to be in the office 3 days/week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), while working remotely on Monday and Friday. For this reason, we will only consider candidates who live within a 40-minute commute to our client's office in Woonsocket.

In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position

**The Impact You'll Make:**

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of essential service management activities. You will directly influence the quality and efficiency of our operational support systems, playing a critical part in managing vendor relationships and service delivery. Your contributions will help maintain operational continuity, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with our rigorous standards.

**What You'll Do:**

* Oversee and optimize the lifecycle of operational work orders and proposals, ensuring timely execution and strategic alignment.

* Proactively manage service level adjustments, including reviewing temporary increase requests, monitoring expanded services, and facilitating de-escalation processes to maintain optimal service delivery.

* Coordinate effectively with external partners to ensure smooth and efficient service provision.

* Monitor and track compliance across various service agreements, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.

* Maintain meticulous administrative records and tracking systems to support operational transparency and reporting.

* Collaborate closely with program managers and analysts to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

**What You'll Bring:**

* High School Diploma or GED is required.

* Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

* 2+ years of experience in recognizing and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs).

* 2+ years of experience in property, vendor, or program management.

* 2+ years of analytical and reporting experience.

* 2+ years of vendor management experience, including conducting vendor business reviews.

* 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

* 3+ years of experience with MS Office Suite.

* Demonstrated ability in vendor coordination and administrative tracking.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21.99 to $24.43 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
