WHAT YOU WILL DO:



  • Polish, deburr, size and finish aerospace metals, like aluminum, stainless steel, cobalt and nickel alloys to exact specifications
  • Create flawless surface finishes, removing scratches, burrs, and imperfections while maintaining dimensional integrity
  • Work with a variety of hand and power tools, particularly hand grinders
  • Follow work instructions and complete quality paperwork as required
  • Inspect surface finishes and dimensions using micrometers, calipers, height stands, and visual inspection tools
  • Keep work area clean and organized and follow all safety procedures
  • Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products that you're proud to put your name on



WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required. We will provide the on-the-job training! This is a great position to get started in manufacturing!
  • Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset
