Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience with lithium-ion batteries, testing and performance validation of batteries, power converters for energy storage and charging circuits.
- Experience with design and implementation of energy and battery management systems. Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and Python programming.
- Expertise in power electronics simulation software including Matlab, PSIM, PLECS and PSCAD.
- Power electronics hardware design, PCB design and testing for varied power levels.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- PhD in Electrical Engineering and closely related areas.
- Experience in power electronics applications in energy conversion and usage.
- Understanding of battery energy storage technologies and system integration.
