We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Wichita, KS. As a Data Analyst, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights, working cross-functionally to guide strategy, optimize performance, and drive business growth. This role will work on-site in Wichita, KS with hybrid scheduling.

Essential functions of the role:

• 
  

  Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, cleanse, integrate, and model data from diverse sources, ensuring quality and scalability

  Analysis & Problem Solving: Proactively mine data, run statistical tests or regressions, identify trends, outliers, and problem areas that impact KPIs

  
  
• 
  

  Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and generate regular reports with clear, compelling visualizations

  
  
• 
  

  Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business leads and cross-functional teams to understand data needs, define metrics, translate insights into strategic recommendation

  
  
• 
  

  Analytics storytelling: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations tailored for non-technical stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making

  
  
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the role

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or business degree, or level of education that, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements

  
  
• 
  

  Experience with a BI visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is required

  
  
• 
  

  Experience with Python or PySpark is preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Familiarity with Azure cloud environment is preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Familiarity with Databricks is preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
